Midtown Centre

Location:  Talbot Street, Belfast

Client:  Barnabas Ventures

The new Business Centre is located on three floors of a newly completed office development in Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter. Its purpose is to facilitate developing business links between American and European investors wishing to establish a working base in Northern Ireland. The business centre provides office space, state of the art IT conference facilities and a comfortable lounge environment for networking and relaxing.

The fit-out was completed in eight weeks to coincide with a major investment conference taking place in the City. The tight programme required a close working relationship with the contractor and attention to detail and quality throughout this time. The project was successfully delivered on time and on budget.

Design

The project has created a light, welcoming and comfortable interior space, consisting of both open plan and cellular offices with walnut doors and architraves, full height glazed walls to filter light
through to the centre of the plan, and a rich mix of colours inspired by two paintings by prominent local artist George Callaghan which are displayed in the lounge area.
