Client Brief

To provide a large mixed use development comprising of apartments, hotel, offices and retail with associated car parking, on a landmark 'Gateway' site into Belfast.

Design Solution

The design concept for the site is based on a series of stepped twisting towers, strategically located to protect views from adjoining areas and to create attractive vistas from viewpoints into the site. This has resulted in a series of towers, ranging from nine to twenty-one storeys, and low five storey podium buildings.

Procurement Process

Traditional Architect led design team. Contract not yet decided.
