A large scale mixed use development on Belfast's Great Victoria Street containing residential, retail and commercial areas.

Design Solution

The complex design is based on 'people flow' such as a river flow transition. In response to this design, organic forms were adopted at street level and the buildings above were formed to create defined urban edges.
