Client Brief

Initially to develop broad masterplan ideas for the redevelopment of part of the lower Harland & Wolff shipyard area in East Belfast, renamed as Titanic Quarter, in a 105 acre mixed use development exploiting the unique underside feature of the site whilst respecting the key historian elements. This developed a working partnership with Turley Associates, Planning Contractors to produce a final developed Framework Agreement.

Design Solution

Develop a framework solution using the ‘slipway angle’ on a generator for new infrastructure leading onto the site and aligned with the listed historic former headquarter building and the proposed new Titanic ‘Iconic”’ Project, around which major mixed use developments will take place.

Procurement Process

Framework to identify key sites and projects to progress an individual project on a speculate or pre-let basis.
